These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and pk12 (hereinafter referred to as "pk12", "we", "us" or "the Operator"), governing your access to and use of the pk12 platform, including the website accessible at https://pk12.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, applications and services offered thereunder (collectively, "the Platform").

pk12 is an English-language online sports betting and casino platform serving players who access the Platform from various jurisdictions, including Pakistani users. The Platform is operated under applicable international licensing; specific licensing details are available in the operator's official disclosures. pk12 does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government authority, or any Pakistani financial institution or payment provider.

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in the Player's selected currency (including PKR where applicable).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer or other promotional incentive credited to a Player's Account by pk12 under a stated promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the Operator before processing withdrawals or as otherwise mandated by applicable regulation.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law.
• "Real Money Wager" means any wager placed using verified real-money funds held in a Player's Account Balance, as distinct from bonus credits.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate wagering turnover a Player must complete before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "We / Operator" means pk12, the entity operating the Platform under applicable international licensing.
• "You / Player / User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the term of your Account:

• You must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or by the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individual users under applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing from, any jurisdiction that pk12 has designated as a Prohibited Jurisdiction, as updated from time to time in the Platform's current terms.
• You must be registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party or corporate entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform, or any platform operated by pk12's affiliated entities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

pk12 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account pending verification. The burden of demonstrating eligibility rests at all times with the Player.

4.1 Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, postal addresses, payment methods, IP addresses or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. pk12 reserves the right to merge, suspend or close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any Balances or winnings associated therewith.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided at registration and throughout your Account's lifetime is accurate, truthful, complete and current. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly should any of it change. pk12 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pk12 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately via Live Chat or the Help Center.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pk12 applies Know Your Customer procedures in accordance with applicable international regulatory standards. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a government-issued photo ID), proof of address and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete to the Operator's satisfaction.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods available in the Platform's live cashier at the time of the transaction. The availability of any payment method — including those referenced as familiar Pakistan payment brands such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — depends on the current cashier configuration and on the policies of each individual payment provider. No payment provider referenced on this Platform endorses or supports online gambling.

Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument that belongs to, and is registered in the name of, the Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. pk12 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if it cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification, compliance with minimum and maximum withdrawal limits (as stated in the current Platform cashier), and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit. pk12 does not guarantee specific processing times; actual timelines depend on the payment method used and any applicable security review.

5.3 Currency

The Platform supports PKR-denominated Account Balances for Pakistani players. Exchange rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of transaction and may vary. pk12 reserves the right to change supported currencies with reasonable advance notice to Players.

5.4 Cryptocurrency

Where cryptocurrency payment options are available (including BTC, ETH and USDT), transactions are subject to applicable blockchain network confirmation requirements and inherent price volatility. The regulatory status of cryptocurrencies in Pakistan is subject to ongoing review by the State Bank of Pakistan and other authorities. Players must independently verify the legality of cryptocurrency transactions in their jurisdiction.

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets and other promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to individual offer terms, including but not limited to minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games or markets, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

The specific terms applicable to any particular bonus will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific offer terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

pk12 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including, without limitation, through the use of multiple Accounts to claim multiple instances of the same offer, or through strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the Platform — will have their bonuses forfeited and their Accounts suspended.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type. Market-specific rules are made available within the Platform's betting interface. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Wagers are final once accepted by the Platform. Accepted wagers cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player except where an error is made by pk12.
• pk12 reserves the right to void any wager in the event of an obvious pricing error, data feed failure, match abandonment under circumstances covered by the relevant sport's governing rules, or evidence of match manipulation.
• In-play (live) markets may be suspended at any time without notice, particularly during incidents or at the Operator's discretion for integrity reasons.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event, as displayed within the betting interface. These limits may be adjusted without advance notice.
• Cricket markets — including those related to PSL T20, Pakistan national team fixtures and ICC tournaments — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules available on the Platform. References to these competitions are sporting context only; pk12 has no partnership with PCB, PSL, ICC or any team.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in Account suspension, Balance forfeiture and, where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false identity information, falsifying KYC documents or misrepresenting your eligibility.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to process funds of criminal origin or to obscure the source of funds.
• Collusion — cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated software — deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or other automated tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human direction.
• Bonus abuse — systematic exploitation of bonus offers through multiple Accounts, matched betting designed solely to extract bonus value, or any strategy that violates the spirit of the promotional offer.
• Hacking or interference — attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, databases or other Players' Accounts.
• Accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction — deliberately circumventing geographical restrictions, including through the use of VPNs or proxy services.

pk12 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform makes the following tools available to all registered Players through the Account settings area:

• Deposit Limits — set maximum deposit amounts per day, week or month.
• Loss Limits — cap net losses within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts based on session duration.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently restrict access to your Account.
• Reality Checks — periodic notifications displaying session activity.

Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register under a different identity.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the pk12 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, icons, images, software, game interfaces, data compilations and audio-visual materials — is the proprietary property of pk12 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pk12.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk12 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of business opportunities.
• Any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in Platform content, including odds, game results or promotional material.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any of its services, whether due to technical failures, maintenance, regulatory action or otherwise.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk12's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Your privacy is important to pk12. The collection, processing, storage and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

pk12 uses cookies and similar technologies to personalise your Platform experience, maintain session security and analyse usage patterns. Cookie preferences can be managed through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.

pk12 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, pk12 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date, and/or by notifying Players via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with the Account closure process described in the Help Center.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies of that jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact pk12's support team to seek an informal resolution of any dispute. pk12 is committed to fair complaint handling and will respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
